About me
I’m Miri, a mom of two living in Japan.
I’ve loved traveling since I was a teenager, and I’ve visited 45 of Japan’s 47 prefectures and more than 20 countries.
However, after becoming a parent, my perspective on travel changed completely.
Now, I always find myself thinking about things like: Can I bring a stroller? How crowded will it be? Will my kids actually enjoy it? I’m sure many parents can relate.
That’s why I started this blog — to share my real experiences traveling around Japan with kids. I try to write honest reviews, including the inconvenient parts, not just the highlights.
Most of our trips are kid-friendly day trips, weekend getaways, and occasional longer adventures across Japan.
I hope this blog helps families planning a trip to Japan. Along the way, I also hope to keep making special memories with my own kids.
